The next couple of weekends are stacked for Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. While Kelce has the actual Super Bowl coming up on Feb. 9, Swift has the music Super Bowl — a.k.a. the Grammys 2025 — this weekend.
Ahead of the ceremony on Feb. 2, fans are, of course, wondering if the couple of the moment will make a joint appearance at the Grammys, which are taking place at the Crypto.com Arena, formerly known as the Staples Center, in Los Angeles. Could Travis Kelce be making the trek to California to support Taylor Swift? Well, we wouldn’t get our hopes up.
While Swift has been confirmed as one of the presenters for the 2025 Grammys, it looks like the superstar is going solo again this year. British tabloid the Daily Mail spotted Swift boarding her private jet in Kansas City and setting off to L.A. for the Grammys alone after spending the week with Kelce following the Chiefs’ victory at the AFC championship game.
Kelce is believed to still be in Kansas City with his teammates, but they are expected to travel to New Orleans, where the Super Bowl 2025 is taking place, in the next few days. The Chiefs will be defending their title at the 2025 Super Bowl against the Philadelphia Eagles on Feb. 9, and both teams are expected to touch down in Louisiana a week before the game to practice and prepare — so that likely means no Grammys for Kelce this year.
On top of that, Kelce is also expected to participate in the Super Bowl Opening Night (also known as media day) on Monday, Feb. 3, in New Orleans. The event will include photo and interview sessions with both teams, and all players and coaches are expected to attend.
