Most people view the summer solstice as the start of summer, but for me, it’s always been the Big Brother premiere. Why would I nourish by body with vitamin D when I could spend all summer indoors watching the BB live feeds? It’s an obvious choice! Being a Big Brother fan is a serious job. One that requires time and effort, considering CBS releases three episodes a week. For some, the sheer amount of content is enough to steer them away from the BB fandom. What is the Big Brother: Unlocked release date?
Big Brother: Unlocked will premiere on Friday, July 25. The new series will be hosted by Big Brother winners Taylor Hale and Derrick Levasseur. According to a CBS press release, the hosts will “guide viewers through never-before-seen broadcast footage, exclusive interviews and behind-the-scenes moments from inside the Big Brother house.”
What time does Big Brother Unlocked air?
The series will air bi-weekly at 8 p.m. ET on Fridays. We suspect Taylor and Derrick will be interviewing the pre-jury evicted houseguests, considering the series airs the day after the weekly eviction episode. But we’ll have to wait and see. Taylor revealed a bit about the series through a direct message exchange with BB alum Joseph Abdin that was posted to Reddit.
“We’ve been working with BB to create a really cool, sportscenter-like show that will give everyone content you actually haven’t seen before, as well as game analysis,” she wrote. “This isn’t another clip show, and we’ve been pushing a lot to leave the cheesiness at the door.”
