When the Abbott Lyon gold jewellery advent calendar for 2024 landed on the fashion desk, we were so impressed. This iteration was shaped like a book – and opened like a book – printed with your recipient’s name on the front cover in a black, minimalist print. TBH, that was just the beginning of the personalisation offered by this advent calendar: when placing your order, you could input your birthstone and initials to ensure your jewellery set fits your preferences. So cute. All of the jewellery inside was water, sweat and heat-resistant (we’ve been wearing ours in the shower and it comes out perfectly), and the high-quality plating meant absolutely no tarnishing.
12 Nights Of Party Jewellery Advent Calendar
Oliver Bonas reigns supreme in the world of jewellery advent calendars that don’t cost over £150 – and often, they do it by focusing on one specific style of jewellery. Last year, they went for a focus on earrings; this jewellery advent calendar contained 12 different pairs of earrings – from studs to hoops and dainty little pearl-adorned stars – which could be worn together, mixed-and-matched, or worn apart. They each came in a small cotton pouch which helped to keep them safe when they’re not in your ears.

For the first time ever, Missoma released a solid gold jewellery advent calendar in 2024, which was guaranteed to add a little luxury to your Christmas countdown. We totally get it if it was the fact you can’t personalise the selection of (silver) accessories stuffed inside your giftee’s jewellery advent calendar that puts you off heading to the checkout.
