Former Dancing with the Stars pro Sasha Farber is all about the good vibes and support for his ex-wife and her new boyfriend. Sasha left some encouraging words on a post Emma Slater shared with her new boo, Alan Bersten. It’s so nice when exes can get along!
Sasha Farber is supporting ex Emma Slater’s new romance with Alan Bersten
Emma posted a supportive and sweet video of her and Alan after Alan and his partner, Elaine Hendrix made it through Prince Night to the finals.
“My boyfriend is a finalist. Again,” Emma said, sharing a video of her and Alan kissing after the announcement. “What a pure champion. I’m so proud of you.”
“And I’m SO PROUD OF YOU @elaine4animals,” Emma continued in her caption. “I have a kiss for you also btw. Congratulations to you both. You both deserve it so so much. Team Elaine.”
It was such a sweet tribute, and Alan commented, “I love you baby,” on her post. Fans thought it was sweet, but more than that, they were focused on another message from a former partner in Emma’s life.
“Congrats guys,” Sasha wrote with a hand-clapping emoji. Emma responded to his comment with a “Thanks Sash.”
Sweet. It’s nice these two can get along so well. Sasha even told a fan late last month that he was happy for Emma and Alan and wished them nothing but the best.
Emma and Sasha were together for years and engaged on DWTS in 2016. They were later married. But by 2023, they had decided to go their separate ways. The divorce was finalized in 2024.
Their separation was due to expanding their marriage. Emma shared that while she did want to have kids, she didn’t want to delay Sasha’s path to children since he was ready, and she was not. It looks like they parted on good terms.
Emma eventually moved on with Alan while Sasha was linked with his partner on Season 33, Jenn Tran, for a time, but they eventually split.
