If you could gaze into the future… then you might just be Tate McRae. The “Greedy” singer is going viral for correctly predicting the Super Bowl 2025 score in a resurfaced video from 2023.
After the Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22 on Feb. 9, 2025, a clip of Tate McRae from an interview with Philadelphia local radio station Q102 has resurfaced online. In the video, the Canadian singer gets asked to predict the results of an Eagles game, and the numbers she comes up with immediately struck a chord with football fans.
“Wait. This is football, right?” McRae asks in the clip, wearing a couple of Eagles stickers on her cheek. “I think it’s gonna be… Wait, 70 and… No. No, it’s going to be 40 and 22.” When asked who would win, McRae replies: “Obviously the… Obviously, Philly,” before bursting into laughs with the interviewer.

Q102 Philly appears to be from a larger Eagles-themed quiz that McRae took and that the radio station shared on Instagram in September 2023. It might have been the wrong game, but McRae’s accuracy in predicting the Eagles’ Super Bowl score two whole years prior is shocking everyone, especially since she does not mention a rival or time stamp in the original clip.
The singer also seems to be taking her newfound clairvoyant fame in stride. “so ig im a psychic now,” she captioned a post on her TikTok while lipsyncing to a popular remix of her song “Sports car” with Nelly Furtado & Timbaland’s 2006 track “Promiscuous.”
