Kieran Culkin has a ludicrously capacious request for his wife.
As the A Real Pain star accepted the award for Best Supporting Actor at the 2025 Oscars, he knew it was the best time to reveal his and Jazz Charton’s upcoming family plans. And it all began after his win at the 2023 Emmys.
“About a year ago, I was on a stage like this I very stupidly, publicly said that I wanted a third kid from her because she said if I won the award, she would give me the kid,” Kieran—who shares kids Kinsey, 5, and Wilder, 3, with the model—began with a statuette in his hand March 2. “Turns out she said that because she didn’t think I was going to win.”
“After the show, we’re walking through a parking lot,” he recalled of the evening when he won Outstanding Lead Actor In A Drama Series for Succession. “She’s holding the Emmy. We’re trying to find her car. And she goes, ‘Oh God, I did say that! I guess I have to give you a third kid.” (See all the winners here.)
