XO, Kitty stars Gia Kim and Sang Heon Lee managed to find the right balance of classic chic and bold trends at the Oscars 2025 red carpet. The sibling duo arrived in a fresh and innovative take on coordinated ‘fits.
Kim went for an Old Hollywood glam look, opting for a velvet strapless gown with a ruched bodice. The dress featured a plunging sweetheart neckline, which she used to show off her statement necklace. To go all in on the controversial 2010s trend that’s making a comeback, she went with a gold lariat featuring layered chains that dropped down to her chest. She wore a pair of drop earrings with both black stones and gold hardware to pull the look together. Her hair was styled in an elegant updo with the money pieces falling in loose curls to frame her face. For a little extra sparkle, she wore a glossy lip and chrome nail polish.

Lee similarly wore a black three-piece suit, looking extra sharp with his long black hair tucked behind his ears. He opted for an oversized silhouette to make it more unique and trendy. But to really up the ante, he opted to match his sister with an equally bold and controversial styling choice, also in a metallic hue. He wore Maison Margiela Tabis, which have left the internet divided since 2022. As if the split toe shoes themselves aren’t bold enough, he opted for a very shiny silver colorway, lighting up the red carpet.
