The Best Red Carpet Looks from Billboard’s Women in Music 2025

Tyla, Doechii, BLACKPINK’s Jennie, and more walked the red carpet for Billboard’s Women in Music 2025 event last night, bringing out their best outfits to honor the women in their industry.

The stars descended the YouTube Theater at Hollywood Park in Inglewood, California on March 29, to award achievements specifically to women in the music industry. Hosted by Laverne Cox, the evening was full of awards across genres of music, along with performances from Gracie Abrams, Erykah Badu, Megan Moroney, Muni Long, Tyla, and more.

Doechii, who took home her first Grammy last month, accepted the 2025 Woman of the Year Award last night. In her speech, Doechii reflected on attending Billboard’s ceremony two years ago when she took home the Rising Star Award.

“I had literally performed so hard I danced my shoes off and had to hop up to the mic,” Doechii said of her performance in 2023. “And here I am. That moment reflects how I approach my career — always go full out, always go hard, and always be fab.”

BLACKPINK’s Jennie took home the Global Force Award, thanking other women “who continue to break barriers and make their mark on the world stage.”

“This award is dedicated to every woman who dares to dream and create and shape the world with her vision,” Jennie continued.

Beyoncé’s mom Tina Knowles was awarded the Mother of the Year award and made sure to thank her daughters Beyoncé and Solange, along with Destiny’s Child members Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, LaTavia Roberson, and LeToya Luckett. Other winners included GloRilla for the Powerhouse Award, Gracie Abrams for the Songwriter of the Year award, Megan Moroney for the Rulebreaker Award, and more.

Ahead of the award ceremony, the attendees all walked the red carpet, some wearing floor-length gowns, tailored suits, knee-high boots, sheer fabrics, and more.
