The 2025 CFDA Awards are finally here, and the iconic fashion event saw some incredible celebrity looks. In case you forgot, the award ceremony is held at the American Museum of Natural History by the Council of Fashion Designers of America, and it’s meant to celebrate the best and brightest in the fashion industry. The night itself has created so many beloved memories in the pop culture world, too — remember when Rihanna accepted an award in 2014 while covered in Swarovski crystals? Honorees this year included Tory Burch, Ralph Lauren, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen of The Row, Thom Browne, Cynthia Rowley, Khaite’s Catherine Holstein, Willy Chavarria, Diotima and Rachel Scott of Proenza Schouler.
There were also other people who were honored for their impact on the fashion industry this year: A$AP Rocky followed in Rihanna’s footsteps and received the Fashion Icon Award, and Donatella Versace was bestowed with the Positive Change Award.
Hosted by One Battle After Another star Teyana Taylor, the awards of course kicked off with the red carpet, and celebrities did not hold back on the glamor. Addison Rae wore a bodycon mermaid dress, Angel Reese debuted a blonde bob, and Adéla stunned in a punk-glam gingham moment.
